IT Project Coordinator – TMH Commercial Finance AB i Mjölby Toyota Material Handling

TMH Commercial Finance AB’s Business strategy is to offer financial products to Toyota customers to support the TMHE sales companies and Toyota dealers. Sound IS/IT Infrastructure is an important element in TMH Commercial Finance AB’s aim to fulfil the strategy and you will play a key role in this development.



Your core responsibilities are to influence TMHCF/TIFI Management thinking and requires daily interaction with TMHE IS/IT, CF Management, Branch Managers and other local partners. You will be responsible for maintenance and development of TMH CF IS environment in Europe and you will be the application owner for all TMH CF information systems. You will act as a window person in the collaboration with TMHE IS/IT, local IT departments as well as external suppliers or counterparties.

Main areas of responsibility include:

  • Hold the role as TMH CF IT/IS Responsible, and as such lead and take responsibility for the IT/IS Infrastructure following the TMH CF IS Policy.
  • Ensure roles and processes within the TMH CF IS area are in place and functioning. Responsible for ensuring the maintenance and support framework is in place and functions for all systems in the TMH CF IS area.
  • Responsible for the planning, coordination and follow-up of changes and development done in the TMH CF IS environment.
  • Hold the role as Application Responsible for the Treasury Management System within TIFI. Responsible for securing the maintenance structure, coordination development and solving day to day issues.
  • Hold the role of Application Owner for all TMH CF information systems.
  • Act as window person for TMHE IS, external suppliers and any other counterparty within the IS area to ensure structured and clear communications.
  • Supporting the Risk & Compliance for ensuring TMH CF and TIFI complies with any regulatory requirements in the IS area (e.g. J-Sox, FFFFS 2014:5 and similar) including support in related internal and external audits.
  • Support business development projects by coordinating IT system implementation as necessary.



In the role as IT Project Coordinator you will have a central function in TMH Commercial Finance’s operations. We have started a very interesting development containing cross border activities from Sweden and have branches in several European countries. Your contacts will be both in Sweden and abroad. You have a University degree, Information Technology or similar, with several years of experience – ideally - within the sales finance or banking area. You have excellent skills in communicating business needs to IS/IT suppliers as well as coordinating and driving forward projects to full implementation and completion according to plan.

As an individual you are detail oriented, have a good capacity to drive and cooperate with others and you are independent and self-driven. You have a strong ability to communicate and are interested in training and informing others in your area of expertise. Our IT Project Coordinator should have a strong business orientation and customer focus and the ability to work across organizational borders.

You should have excellent command of MS Office and we expect you to be fluent in English.
