Toyota Material Handling International AB (TMHI) is responsible for marketing, sales and support of warehouse trucks including BT and Raymond brands on the international markets covering Asia, Latin America, Oceania, Middle East, and Africa. Our network consists of six Toyota companies and more than 70 independent distributors. The TMHI markets have potential for continued strong growth. We need to grow our team to support our ambitions to become market leader in Service by recruiting Regional Service Managers.

A Regional Service Manager at TMHI is responsible for technical training and support as well as the service business for a specific set of countries. His or Her role is to support our Distributors with tools and processes to enable the Distributor to secure a position as Market Leader of Material Handling Service.



Your overall responsibility is to ensure the distributors’ service business performance is of the highest standard in terms of quality, efficiency, share of market and profitability.

  • Technical Training - To identify and monitor technical training needs together with TMHI Training Manager. Carry out training and coach technicians where needed, followed up by evaluation.
  • Technical Support - To channel, monitor and carry out technical support of the distributors regarding the BT, Raymond and CESAB factories as well as monitor and support quality activities for those factories.
  • Service Business and Operations - To provide after sales business support, coach the distributor on contract-sales and contract implementation as well as parts business and operations.

You will report to the Manager Service Market TMHI AB, and be stationed in Asia at a TMHI office or home office. Extensive travelling will be part of this position.



We are looking for a motivated, structured and dynamic individual to help us keep up with the business needs and opportunities. You are flexible, results-oriented and enjoy working in an international environment.

You probably have experience of service operations in TMH or in similar business/industry. You should be organized and have coaching and/or leadership experience. It is a merit if you have a Technical background in the Electrical/Hydraulic/Mechanical field, while experience with technical training and technical support is a benefit. Commercial experience will help you drive the business side and is therefore meriting, but most important is the right mindset. Should you have knowledge and/or experience in programming, this would be considered a merit. We expect you to be fluent in English, while additional languages are an advantage.
