Toyota Material Handling Europe is one of the world’s largest companies and one of the world’s largest suppliers of material handling solutions, both within forklifts and related products and services. The subsidiary Logistics Solutions (TMHLS) which is a central part of the development and innovation part of Toyota Material Handling is located at Lindholmen Science Park in Gothenburg. Logistics Solutions develops solutions in automation, telematics, software development and inventory management and has approximately 150 employees. Toyota Material Handling Europe has a total of approximately 9000 employees in about thirty sales companies, as well as in development and manufacturing units in Sweden, Italy and France. The head office is in Mjölby, where smart solutions for material handling and unique trucks are developed and produced.

As a System Test Engineer at Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions you will primarily work with System and Verification test for our customer specific solutions. You will be part of developing automated software testing in SoapUI.
The employment will begin with a 2-month onboarding program starting in March. The onboarding will give you valuable theoretical and practical training before you’ll begin your work as a system tester with the latest technology in automated trucks.


  • Perform FAT, manual and automatic testing, for customer projects
  • Review design specifications and test specifications in cooperation with the project teams
  • Develop, improve and maintain automatic tests and test procedures


As a person you are structured, analytical and always strive for high quality in your work. You enjoy working independently and to take own initiatives, but also to collaborate with colleagues to find a solution.

A relevant university degree within computer engineering, automation or IT is desirable. You have experience from software development or programming and have a genuine technical interest.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, spoken as well as written. Experience within following areas are also suitable: testing, database and server, web applications.
