Toyota Material Handling Europe is one of the world’s largest companies and one of the world’s largest suppliers of material handling solutions, both within forklifts and related products and services. The subsidiary Logistics Solutions (TMHLS) which is a central part of the development and innovation part of Toyota Material Handling is located at Lindholmen Science Park in Gothenburg. Logistics Solutions develops solutions in automation, telematics, software development and inventory management and has approximately 150 employees. Toyota Material Handling Europe has a total of approximately 9000 employees in about thirty sales companies, as well as in development and manufacturing units in Sweden, Italy and France. The head office is in Mjölby, where smart solutions for material handling and unique trucks are developed and produced.
 
YOUR CHALLENGE
As a Program Manager Training you will be defining and establishing a competence development structure for Toyota Logistics Solutions entire business area, which includes automated trucks, digital services and racking. You will develop and implement processes and tools to create a training portfolio for both internal staff and for customers across Europe. The work includes to collect and analyse requirements from different stakeholders throughout the organization and to transform them into a competence development program.

  • Drive the development of e-learning
  • Responsible for defining and managing outsourcing needs in the program

Krav

YOUR PROFILE

As a person, you have strong communication skills and the ability to listen and build relationships. You are used to take the role as a leader. To be successful in this position, we also think it’s important to have experience from coordinating and developing training. Some knowledge about e-learning development is a plus. You need to have a good understanding of the learning process and you are a good educator yourself and know what it takes to engage and inspire people.
A genuine technical interest is a must.

REQUIREMENTS
A relevant university degree within the Automation area or equivalent is desirable. You have experience from leading change on an organization level. You also have 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably from change management in a complex technical environment, but experience from program management or project management is also relevant.
You are fluent in English, spoken as well as written.

As a Program Manager Training you will have about 20-40 days of travel per year, mainly in Europe.
