What is TMHI? - Toyota Material Handling International AB (TMHI) is responsible for marketing, sales and support of warehouse trucks and parts including BT and Raymond brands in the ALOMA markets (Asia, Latin America, Oceania, Middle East and Africa). Our network consists of six Toyota sales companies and more than 70 independent distributors. The TMHI markets are in strong growth and have exceptional potential. To cope with the growth but also with our ambitions, we are looking to strengthen and develop our team.


Regional Service Manager – Latin America

We are looking for a motivated team member with a technical and preferably also a commercial background who will be responsible for the support of the service and technical business towards our distributors and sales companies. Your role is to make sure our Distributors and Sales Companies have the tools, information and processes to ensure service operations quality, maximize service contract coverage and develop technician knowledge. We are currently looking for someone to support our business in parts of Latin America.



  • Service Business and Operations Support - To coach the staff at the Distributor/Sales Company on service product sales and -implementation, service contracts, parts business as well as service operations quality.
  • Technical Training - To identify and monitor technical training needs. Carry out training and coaching of the Distributors/ Sales Companies.
  • Technical Support - To coach our distributors/Sales Companies regarding technical support, but also monitor and support quality work on behalf of our factories.

You will play an important role in both ours and our customers continuous business development and you will be expected to take responsibility from day one. You will report to the General Manager, Service Department at TMHI AB, and be stationed locally in one of our markets in Latin America (either in one of our offices or home office based). Extensive travelling will be part of this position.



We are looking for a structured and dynamic individual with people skills, to help us keep up with the business needs and opportunities in our markets. You are flexible, results-oriented and you enjoy working in an international environment.

You probably have experience of service operations in TMH or in similar business/industry. You should be organized and have coaching and/or leadership experience. It is a necessary to have a Technical background either by training and/or work experience, in the Electrical/Hydraulic/Mechanical field, while experience with technical training and technical support is a benefit. Commercial experience will help you drive the business side and is therefore meriting, but most important is the right mindset. Should you have knowledge and/or experience in programming, this would be considered a plus. We expect you to be fluent in English as well as either Spanish or Portuguese.
