As a Rental & Used Truck Manager at TMHI you will be responsible for part of our Product Portfolio covering our entire regions in the world and shall support our Distributors in the regions with tools enabling the Distributor to secure a position as Market Leader of Material Handling. Also, as we are in the frontline of several areas in Material Handling the role of the Rental & Used Truck Manager involves a possibility to manage special projects.



Your core responsibilities are to make sure that we have required Set-up needed to move our positions forward on our markets towards set business targets and by that contribute to success stories among our Distributors.

This includes:

  • Work with our Regional Managers, Distributors and others to implement plans and take actions to ensure that we have a best in class portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain our offer of Rental & Used Trucks.
  • Conduct training/information/follow-up activities for the range of responsibility.
  • Support our distributors to develop/achieve/maintain a high level of knowledge in above areas.
  • Achieve a high degree of success and by that profitable business areas.

You will play an important role in the continuous development of TMHI AB and its business. You will report to the Director Sales & Marketing TMHI AB, and be stationed in Mjölby. Intensive travelling will be part of this position.



You have a relevant academic background and international work experience from the material handling sector involving end customer relations in both technical and sales related matters, also earlier budget responsibility would be desirable. As a person, you are pro-active, structured and communicative, results-oriented and driven. You are used to work independently but also as a team player with sales skills and you can accommodate cultural differences within working relationships. You communicate fluently in English, both in writing and verbally. Additional language skills in Spanish will be beneficial.
